About Jason
Jason is a caring, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than nine years of experience helping children, teens, and young adults (ages 3–26) feel their best—body, mind, and spirit. His work blends the science of modern medicine with the heart of whole-person wellness, creating a welcoming space for families who value both natural and evidence-based care.
Raised in a traditional Nigerian household by Nigerian-born parents, Jason was surrounded by community, respect, and timeless wisdom about caring for the body as a whole. These roots continue to shape his approach to care today—honoring cultural traditions while partnering with families through modern, compassionate healthcare.
Jason began his nursing career in community health and later served as the district lead school nurse for two charter school networks. Seeing the daily challenges children faced inspired him to open a thriving after-hours pediatric clinic in Oak Cliff, where he provided accessible, family-centered care when parents needed it most.
Now at Wonderfully Made Wellness Sanctuary, Jason offers value-based visits that focus on connection, prevention, and a deeper understanding of root causes. Each appointment is an opportunity to look beyond symptoms—supporting the body’s natural rhythm toward balance and resilience through integrative and functional approaches that complement conventional care.
In practice, this might mean weaving nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental support into traditional treatments, or turning a quick sick visit into a chance to check growth, wellness, and emotional health—all in one meaningful encounter.
Jason’s passion for integrative care deepened after his father’s hemorrhagic stroke in 2020. While conventional medicine formed the backbone of his recovery, adding lifestyle and functional strategies supported his stability and quality of life for years afterward. That experience confirmed Jason’s belief that the best healing happens when modern medicine and holistic care work hand in hand.
At home, Jason and his wife—whom he met while serving in the school system—are raising three lively children who keep life fun and grounded. His family reminds him daily that true wellness is more than the absence of illness; it’s the presence of energy, joy, and connection.
To stay current and inspired, Jason continues his professional growth through continuing-education programs such as The School of Applied Functional Medicine, exploring new ways to blend conventional and natural care for today’s families.
